The Ketogenic “diet” is crazy popular in 2020. This is not a “Diet” in the conventional sense where you have to reduce calories and starve yourself. It is an eating plan. The Keto Eating Plan is a low-carb eating plan. The idea is to get more calories from Healthy fat and protein and less from carbohydrates.
